Brajesh Jha is a senior executive who has spent the past three decades in the technology industry working for fortune 500 organizations such as Oracle and Tata Motors.

 Brajesh has run global organizations involved in building, deploying, and supporting innovative software products. As a founding member of Oracle’s Advanced Customer Support (ACS) services, he personally shaped many contracts, their delivery, as well as the long-term customer relationships.

 Brajesh has a proven track record of driving continuous operational improvements and customer satisfaction. Throughout his career, Brajesh has developed innovative services and managed diverse teams to achieve exceptional results. His experience spans across software development, production support, executive relationship management and business unit leadership.

Brajesh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology at Chennai, India and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology at Allahabad, India. He received his executive education in Leadership, Strategy and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.

A certified executive coach from Southern Methodist University, Brajesh has been a career advisor and coach for many years and served in a leadership role at Project Management Institute, Dallas chapter. Brajesh is a member of the McKinsey Research Executive panel, Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and Garner Research Circle.
